Top Dog Kennels
is a medium-sized kennel located in the southeastern part of South Dakota
– serious bird country. Since 1995, Top Dog Kennels has been proudly
raising and training pointing labrador retrievers. TDK dogs come
from the top pointing bloodlines in the country. These dogs know birds,
and they hunt, hunt, hunt!! No boot polishers or brood bitches here.
We hunt dogs on pheasants, partridge, quail, ducks, and geese. All dogs
are OFA and CERF. Dogs are tested in APLA and AKC hunt trials. I also
provide gundog training - please contact

TDK is proud to announce an addition to our team: Rob Hartnett and 1.5X GMPR Tiger Mountains "Mallard" Chaser SH. Mallard is one of the finest yellow GMPR stud dogs in the APLA. He has it ALL...Drive, Desire, Great Marking Ability, Nose, POINT and GOOD LOOKS to boot!!! He is without a doubt a special dog. We are very excited to have him added to our team.
