Black and yellow litter due to whelp approximately March 15th. This is a combination of two of the strongest natural pointing labs I have ever seen. Lotto (even before being whoa broke for higher titles in the APLA) would easily hold point naturally for up to a minute without moving a muscle. One of Thunder's first points on a bird was 47 secs (yes it was counted). Thunder also points with a high head and a high tail and well off the bird. Thunder has never been whoa broke. I've been around pointing labs for 15 years, and these kind of natural points like Lotto and Thunder exhibit are definitely a step above the rest. I've trained several pups out of Thunder and they follow in her footsteps. I have VERY HIGH expectations for this litter. Many, many references available.

I've watched Lotto from a puppy, and I watched the first bird he ever encountered and he went on point and held for a very long time. This dog's point is without a doubt TOP SHELF. He points well off the bird and gives you plenty of time to get ready to shoot. I've only seen a few other dogs that natural point is on the same level as Lotto and that is Thunder and pups out of Thunder. His point isn't his only great quality. He loves to hunt, marks very well and is a good team player. Lotto spends his falls hunting with his owner Ryan Dix of Aberdeen, SD. Lotto is hunted on pheasants, ducks and geese. Lotto will continue training this spring and the goal is 4x Grand Master Pointing Retriever with the APLA and a Master Hunter with the AKC. He certainly has the talent to achieve both. He weighs about 68 lbs and has a great off switch. Lotto is the exact kind of dog we want to add to our bloodlines. To say I really like this dog is an understatement.

Thunder is a young dog that is pointing birds from 30 to 40 feet away and holding point. One of her first points she held for 47 secs! She consistently points with a high head and a high tail. She is showing tremendous potential. She is a great addition to my kennel and I can't wait to hunt and guide behind her!
