Mallard is 74.5 lbs of pure heart and muscle to along with as much talent as one could ask for in a pointing lab. I had the pleasure of gunning for Mallard in the master upland series at the Kansas APLA test. All I can say is......"Wow!!! What a dog!!" Mallard hunts hard and has a very strong point. When he goes on point, theres no head swinging, tail wagging. He's LOCKED!! Mallard is just one of those dogs that has it all...desire, strength, smarts, train ability, drive and most of all........ A huge heart that just wants work. At home, Mal is as cool as the other side of the pillow. He is an inside dog and is a member of the Hartnett home. He sleeps in Rob and Andi's room at the foot of the bed and they wouldn't think of having it any other way. He knows when the truck tailgate drops, it's time to go to work.

Birdie is DRIVE. She goes like no other dog I've ever seen. She hunts hard all day long and has a very intense point. She was the 2002 North American Pheasant Championship's Runner-up. We also took 2nd place in the 2004 South Dakota Fiestner Bird Dog Challenge. Birdie is a one of a kind dog and I'm extremely honored to own her. If you have ever seen Birdie in action or seen one of her pups, then you know what I mean.
